Enrolment

It is advisable that you fill a request form containing:
   - Contacts: organization, contact person, address, phone, fax, e-mail;
   - Number of attendees at each course and preferable date of beginning;
   - Any other comments related to training attendance.

This priliminary request is "non-committed" and is used only for managing a schedule of the courses. Confirmation is needed when the schedule for the course is figured out.
